Per aspera ad astra (ペル・アスペラ・アド・アストラ)：ラテン語で「困難を通じて天へ」
per「を通って」「貫いて」「を通じて」　aspera 「困難な」　ad 「の方へ」　astra 「天、星座」
「困難を克服して栄光を獲得する」の意。

 
日本発民間宇宙開発の発展を目指す活動奮闘記。

経歴

山下浩史：1976年生まれ千葉県出身。 私立麻布中学・高校、京都大学工学部物理工学科宇宙基礎工学コース卒。 愛知の「㈱スリーエー機械設計」にて、航空機の治具設計等に従事した後、横浜の宇宙ベンチャー企業「㈱アストロリサーチ」にて、人工衛星・ロケット搭載機器等の設計・解析・試験や、宇宙技術動向調査、新規宇宙事業企画等を担当する。 飯田橋の「ウィッツェル㈱」では、解析エンジニア、コンサルタントとして、燃焼解析や製造業全般の原価低減コンサルティング等に携わる。 また、2008年4月より1年間、東京テクノロジーコミュニケーション専門学校人工衛星工学専攻の立ち上げに伴い、カリキュラムアドバイザー・講師を務めた。 国連宇宙平和利用委員会の関連組織「Space Generation Advisory Council」(宇宙世代諮問委員会)では、日本を代表して、海外の若手宇宙関係者との交流を促進。 NPO法人有人ロケット研究会会員、NPO法人大学宇宙工学コンソーシアム会員、麻立会副会長、ITヘルスケア学会幹事。 2010年4月より7ヶ月間渡欧。 2010年9月、合同会社ホワイトレーベルスペース・ジャパン設立。共同出資者・技術プロデューサー。 2012年4月、ルーデンス技研株式会社設立。代表取締役。鎌倉商工会議所会員。（工業部会）

現在の動き

政府・業界団体の宇宙政策・技術動向調査の傍ら、オオタ・イノベーションラボにて、製造業の研究開発案件のマネジメントや大田区IoT仲間回しプロジェクト等を通して、宇宙新時代の研究開発体制の仕組みを構築中。経済産業研究所にてIoTによる生産性革命の基礎調査を担当。日本での火星居住模擬施設の建設も画策中。

現在の活動

☆民間による月着陸賞金レース、グーグル・ルナー・エックス・プライズ（GLXP） 日本が遂に初参戦！ 日欧共同の公式エントリーチーム、 ホワイト・レーベル・スペース （WLS） ジャパンチームを立ち上げ！ 2010年9月1日、ホワイトレーベルスペース・ジャパンLLCとして法人化(現：株式会社ispace) チームハクトとして、スポンサー、パートナー、サポーター、引き続き募集中です。 ☆Space Generation Advisory Council(SGAC、宇宙世代機関） 世界各国の35歳以下の宇宙の若手が集まる、国連宇宙空間平和利用委員会(UN COPUOS)のオブザーバー機関。 National Point of Contact 日本の初代代表を私が2期務めさせていただきました。 Space Generation Advisory Council in Japan Google Group ☆海外の小型ロケット打上やパラボリックフライト（無重力飛行）サービスの日本のお客様の問い合わせ窓口をしています。 ご興味のある方は是非お気軽にご連絡下さい。
