Sweets of the east meets west!
Sweets are like magic medicine that makes edgy feelings go away and brings smiles to crying children’s faces.
Learn the wisdom of confectionary making from Japanese tradition and German home cooking.
The theme will be the chrysanthemum, which is the German national flower (Centaurea cyanus) and will also be most admirable in Kamakura around this time of year.
Workshop includes making 2 - 3 types of sweets, a souvenir, and a tasting-time which will be like a petit lunch!
